To coach a Goblin/Ork/Ogre team you have to have a certain way with words, loud words. This guy has found an alternative use for the end of a blunderbuss and has mastered the art of pointing.

Great plastic/resin mini from Kromlech, originally part of a Goblin Artillery Crew this fella found himself coaching a full team after a brief but confusing interaction with an Ork Shaman, he still can’t quite work out what happened but he’s good at shouting and there are less explosions.
